Subject: yeast RNA



We have been having a real problem labeling yeast (C. albicans) RNA for the last
few weeks. The RNA looks fine by bioanalyzer but the single strand labeling kit
(Stratagene) is giving a low yield and a high background (aminoallyl labeling).
Is anyone having success with yeast microarrays?
