I have a question on Genotyping using real time PCR machine.
 
I heard Applied Biosystem offer Taqman SNP genotyping assay which uses VIC/FAM
label  probes. Bio-rad uses SsoFast EvaGreen supermix to differentiate Allele by
melting curve.
 
It is 1st time for us to work on Genotyping assay. Could you let me know if
there is other method to work on SNP via qPCR? and which method is better?
