Bloodroot

Good morning everyone.  Spring has finally arrived.  Yesterday was a great time to be in the park, once the rain abated.  Many of the spring wild flowers are in bloom, including the Bloodroot (Sanguinaria canadensis), a member of the Poppy Family. I took this photograph below Cascade Run.
