Reply Lucky Beckett Kaiser should look at her home first before objecting to improvements at Mill Creek Park. Lucky put a gas well in on her property which is against all ecology reports. Also fix up the eyesore house she lives in. Garage roof burned away, the tarps have fallen off long ago. Fix her roof there has been tarps there for years. Clean up the property she lives on first before working on harrasing others who are improving the park and adding a safe way to cross from one side of the park to the other.
