Thanks for your love of Mill Creek Park. Your desire to live near
the park leads me to ask why the city of Youngstown does not have a
marketing plan to encourage former residents' returning to the city
to enjoy our many wonderful assets. You are the third person in
recent weeks to express an interest in returning to Youngstown.
