I have watched most of the videos and noticed
1. he used radio shack domino sized magnets on the rotor to
show the attract and skip past the sticky spot. whereas
in the rotating device he uses what I call C magnets somewhat like
horseshoe magnets.

2. He figures out the Howard Johnson motor but does not know how
to use a compass to check for magnet polarity....

I sure hope its real. Now imagine a few of those Washington
billions going into this research....Oh I forgot history which
says it would make jobs and paper results but nothing to use...
ie it would get shelved again because the campaign contibutors would
bulk and it would get hushed again........
