I just took a look at Don Goldberg's (DAG) web site,
http://www.dagcamera.com/ and it looks like he sells both of those
pieces, and so he must be able to reattach them. I don't know if he'd
tell you what he uses, since that would be taking business away from
himself, but it's worth asking.
In case you don't know, he is known as the world's top Minox repairer.
The two parts in question are called the "Meter Housing," and the
"Bottom Plate" according to his parts for sale list.
I just sent my Minox B to him last October, and had it back, CLA'd, and
with a meter repair, within a month, for about $80 including shipping.
It works as good as new.
By the way, according to the Minox manual, you are always supposed to
open the camera by pulling where the speed dial is, never on the meter
housing.
