Right click context menu is now functional. C code has been ported to BCX.

I had to condition a couple of function calls for VC++ and Pelles C. Anyone
know why?

Pelles C still needs to be processed twice to get an exe since it bombs out
on the first pass with an internal error.

Resulting VC++ exe is 61+K and Pelles C is 40+K in size.
