No, not really. It uses Javascript for detection; the vast majority of
mobile devices out there do not support Javascript. If you are going
for mobile web analytics, be sure you choose one that uses a
single-pixel technique. A free one is Admob.

Also, Google Analytics does not provide click paths, at least not in a
way useful to designers.
