Probably not. ACK dates back to 1988 for the most recent release. I.e.
years before the spread of Linux.
I had a conversation today with Ceriel Jacobs and his message was: it
CAN be done to adopt ACK, but it won't be easy. And he's not going to
do it...
ACK is just for Minix. And for Minix it's a good choice.
Also SPIN is a bad idea. It needs Linux but cannot cope with libc6.
