I tried sending a message earlier on this topic but it apparently
didn't go through - or we'll see it in a few days.

Any ways, it is entirely my fault. No excuses, I just screwed up and
have forgotten to post the FAQ and SG to the newsgroup for some time
(this is more embarrassing than anything). I've put in reminders to
help me remember, but please if I lapse again in the future, let me know.

Again, I'm very sorry for dropping the ball on this.
