Nope it didn't show up. I also looked at the listing we get from the
system for "auto rejects", which are mainly generic spam messages and
it isn't in there.

So it isn't getting to the moderation system - how are you sending
messages in?
Try sending it as an e-mail to
rec-arts-drwho-moderated@...

Based upon how that goes, we'll see if we can track down the problem.
