Moderators and Members was created as a way to join together to save the functionality and purpose of Yahoo Classic Groups. We are now a think tank where members and moderators can come to discuss issues, improvements and functionality.

OUR GOALS ARE:
To help preserve Classic Groups and help those who were affected by the recent remodeling attempt get back on track, or if they wish, help them find a new alternate site to host their group.

To help Moderators manage their Groups functions, including help with backing up group archives, saving membership lists, and more.

To brainstorm avenues to improve the Yahoo Group experience for all; to help, support and inform one another; and to be a unified voice for Yahoo Groups.

There are also folks here who are willing to help those Groups that might want to try out the new interface by helping to identify known problems, and by helping to get that information to the right people in Yahoo Groups management.

All Owners, Moderators and Group Members are welcome!

I have attempted to link the most helpful posts in the Link section for those who want to find something quickly. I haven't completed this process yet, but I will be getting it done slowly. (I'm up to post #150)
