only real difference from 1.0.1 is midi clock reception via the
"midisync" command in the shell. go back to internal clock with
"internalsync". in midisync mode, the sequencer pretty much only
listens for start, stop, and continue via midi messages.

this is the first crack at midi clock so everyone break it and tell
me how you did it.

no midi sync transmission yet. the code is there but i've not had
chance to integrate it.
