Download of Pcode won't initiate   Message List

Somehow you are not connecting to the right serial port. When you download
the P-code the lights should blink rapidly. Check to make sure you are
connected to the same serial port you have configured IC to use.

D2 blinks ON and OFF whether or not I "OK" the download from ICWIN.
In other words, I don't see a difference in the blinking from before
I "OK" the download to after I "OK" the download. I do get a timeout
error from the IC.
