hello, we bought tjpropa last dec 2005 from your store... we have hacked the servo and followed all instructions in the manual but the servo still doesn't run...
A common problem is a short on the battery lines connected to the servos PA3-PA7 blows the trace from the battery. You should just be able to solder a wire...

what do you mean? what is the pot? we hacked the servo by removing the board attached to it and burning the inside of the bottom part, of the largest gear so...
we were able to make tjpro run...the motors were completely working...but we wanted to change the motors rotation to the other side so we INTERCHANGED the red...

Somehow you are not connecting to the right serial port. When you download the P-code the lights should blink rapidly. Check to make sure you are connected...
