I forwarded this to someone in the Microsoft Speech Workgroup. They said the
transcription "inproc recognizer doesn't know anything about the commands
and/or macros that are "listening" inside the "shared" recognizer." In other
words the Transcription feature is designed purely to transcribe speech to
text and not process commands or macros. I then asked if it were possible.
The response was it is, but not cheaply. Sorry.
