Microsoft Reader Fatal error   Message List

I recently got an IPAQ H3955, with the Microsoft Reader 2.0.
When I open a book in Microsoft Reader, I receive the Fatal
Error message: Program: msreader.exe
Exception: 0xc0000094
Address: 01fcf1ac

How can I fix this problem?
