As far as I know, MS Reader 2 only uses two cover images, the standard cover and
thumbnail images. (In the OPF-file called "other.ms-coverimage-standard" and
"other.ms-thumbimage-standard".) They should be 510 by 680 and 99 by 132 pixels.

I realize that now MS Reader only uses 3 cover images instead of the original 5.
Does anyone know the sizes of the 3 images, and whether they correspond to 3 of
the original 5 images (if so, which 3)?

Is there any other reason anyone knows why I should bother buying the 2.0
software?
