I'm not sure what you mean by not offering support. I was never aware that
they more than offered their programs. This is a link to a program that
will convert from .doc to .lit if I understand correctly, that is what you
want, right? I've rarely thought to ask for support for any program that
didn't crash on me. :P Hope this helps and if it doesn't give me a buzz, k?

We originally obtained the program that way, and have downloaded it again
recently (repair) but since updating to Word 2003 the conversion to LIT
always fails. It seems to go through the process and then we get the error
message:
"Unable to build eBook (Error 66 Unrecognized CSS Directive: '@list.' This
content would fail on the original Pocket PC version of the Reader, and must
not appear in files compatible with that version.)
No one at Microsoft will do anything. Perhaps we will have to return to Word
2002. It is pretty sad when a company with the stature of MS refuses to help
when their program fails, but that's the situation here.
