If you have the time, uninstall both ops and then install them again, Word
first. RMR is an add-in for Word and if you first loaded it with 2002 then
it has tied itself into that. Uninstall both and then install Word 2003 and
then RMR will be able to tie into 2003. If you have tried to repair RMR
after its already tied into 2002, there's a good chance that all you'd
accomplish is to make sure the program is fine without actually seeing if
the software that it's tied to, Word 2002, is actually still there or not.
