Downloaded Reader for both the laptop and iPAQ and have them up and
running, however when I attempt to activate at best (I actually gave
up and uninstalled one copy on all the machines) I get a blank page
after signing in with Passport - that grinds on and on forever without
results.
Appears that MS has also deleted all their online communities and shut
off support to all kinds of products. Not a good way to run a business
built on the good opinion of it's users!!
There's nothing in the Knowledge database or FAQs online and reading
your archives I don't come up with the "blank" page phenomenon. Yes, I
have deleted all the files, used Explorer after reopening, etc. Read
everything I can find and tried all the various "tricks" tips and
solutions to no avail..
The first time around I was able to get activation on the desktop
(ONLY) never on the iPAQ.... Now nothing on either.
Anyone got any sugggestions?
