Sales Trainer (JOB DESCRIPTION)

·         Conduct training need analysis for Direct Sales Force and Management

·         Coordinate with location heads for training needs like pre-course, foundation and Management Development Program

·         Train, coach and motivate personnel to achieve acceptable levels of performance

·         Monitor effectiveness of training

·         Coordinate with Sales Administration and Sales Support section for the inventory of untrained staff for new training courses as well as refresher courses

·         Train the trainers to impart quality training to all personnel

·         Design training courses as per requirement

Salary Range: 

·         Average Trainer: 25,000 to 45,000

·         Minimum Experience: 2 years

No. of Trainers Required:

·         2 in Karachi

·         2 in Lahore

·         1 in Rawalpindi
