Please i have very important query and i hope if someone can help me.

 

My scenario is: I have my Company website and i have an application for customer support (for submitting a tickets and issues online from the website),

 

So, my query is: can i have a copy of this mail in my CRM Server, because what i am thinking is:

 

if i put the email id for each product, and i already create some users on the CRM Server with these emails id same like any user on the system.

so in this case can i received these email or no.

 

I hope if i am clear in my explanation and someone can help me out.
