I'm afraid that I can, yes. I just had it happen for me on my Windows
Vista laptop, running Firefox 2.0.0.9 and IE7, just now.

According to the dashboard, yes. I've attached screen shot of both the
system level and blog level plugin screens.

This is on an upgraded MT (3.35 to 4.01) on which I had feeds.app lite
disabled and was running feeds.app 3 rc3, previously.

Should I try moving/removing the Feeds.App Lite directory, and see if that
helps?

I've been testing the Feds.App RC series for a while, and using it successfully under MT 3.3x. I've recently upgraded to MT 4.01, and installed the "Final"...

That is kind of bizarre because disabling your plugin should have stopped MT from looking into that directory for usable code. You may have come across a bug...
