I'm afraid that I can, yes. I just had it happen for me on my Windows
Vista laptop, running Firefox 2.0.0.9 and IE7, just now.

According to the dashboard, yes. I've attached screen shot of both the
system level and blog level plugin screens.
This is on an upgraded MT (3.35 to 4.01) on which I had feeds.app lite
disabled and was running feeds.app 3 rc3, previously.
Should I try moving/removing the Feeds.App Lite directory, and see if that
helps?
