There were a few bug fixes (including the removal of some debugging
code like you saw) that came after RC1 that MT4 exposed so I'm glad
you took the first logical step of upgrading to the final release.
I need you to ask a few question to get to the bottom of this.
What is the frequency set at in your system plugin settings?
How long have you been observing it through periodic tasks?
Have the feeds you are pointing to been updated since you started running v3?
