- What are the advantages and disadvantages of setting up a
corporation for one's business
- The GST/QST and the quick method of accounting
Michael Samotis is a chartered accountant for Kerr Financial Corp.
Previously, he was a certified financial planner with Dundee Private
Investors Inc for seven years. In all, Michael has been in the
accounting and auditing profession for over one dozen years.
