GB Sony - I'm pretty sure they won't work in our old equipment. They do work
in new MiniDisk player/recorders.

I still use my Yamaha MD8 and I too enjoy the easy recording. Particularly
if you have to play & record.
I bought an M-Audio Delta 1010LT card for my PC and 8 RCA cables. I record
our band on 8 simultaneous tracks on the Yamaha MD8 at our practice. I go
home and connect my Yamaha MD8 to the 1010 and download using Cakewalk/SONAR
home Recording. The editing is very flexible and I can polish up the mix and
create MP3. It works very well.
