AgentLink's Roadmap
AgentLink's "Roadmap for Agent-Based Computing" has been updated.
It provides an assessment of the current situation with respect to the
status of agent technologies, and indicates key directions for future
development of the field.

Platform for Multiagent Learning
This is a program for robustly testing your learning algorithm in a
multiagent scenario. It lets you test with a wide variety of games
(payoff matrices). It will run all the experiments and produce
visualizations. It runs on Matlab and needs GAMUT and Gambit.

Combinatorial Auctions
by Peter Cramton (Editor), Yoav Shoham (Editor), Richard Steinberg
(Editor). The study of combinatorial auctions -- auctions in which
bidders can bid on combinations of items or "packages" -- draws on the
disciplines of economics, operations research, and computer
science. This landmark collection integrates these three perspectives,
offering a state-of-the art survey of developments in combinatorial
auction theory and practice by leaders in the field.

Software Agent-Based Applications, Platforms and Development Kits
by Rainer Unland (Editor), Monique Calisti (Editor), Matthias
Klusch (Editor). This book introduces major agent platforms,
frameworks, systems, tools, and applications. Each system is described
by their developers in sufficient detail so that the reader can get a
good understanding of the architecture, functionality, and application
areas of the system. All systems are running systems. One main focus
of the book lies on agent platforms and toolkits. They form the basis
for the development of agent-based systems, thus, are a convenient
starting point for everybody who wants to apply agent
technology. Another focus lies on agent-based applications. These
systems prove that agent technology is mature enough to permit the
development of sophisticated applications, like electronic
marketplaces, environments for computer-supported cooperative work, or
transportation systems.
