Dear All,

At that the last meeting two subsissions were made to the CfP sDae/UPC and Etri
and the work has progressed to the Working Draft stage for the new MVCO standard
to become MPEG 21 part 19. The new document and corresponding OWL file support
the Requirements as we have discussed including "ContentHandler" a user that
operates under the auspices of another licensed User, "Collective" a new
property that allows multiple simulataneous attribution and "Copyright
Exceptions" mechnisms are supported.

There is a new reflector for the MVCO WD Editing Ad Hoc group and for those
interested in continuing to contribute and that are not yet registered may do so
by sending their request to: mvcoediting-subscribe@yahoogroups.com.
