* "Off Portal WAP billing using Bango", Geoff Ballinger, mixipix Ltd.

I will describe our experiences using Bango for WAP billing for the
last six months.

* "PayForIt", Paul Griffiths, MD, Dialogue Communications.

Paul is our first ever external speaker. Dialogue are a mobile
messaging and payments aggregator used by several techtalk regulars,
and are in the process of rolling out PayForIt (aka X-pay son of
SimPay) services in the UK.

* "PayPal Mobile", Ronnie Forbes, Mobiqa.

Ronnie will talk about the "Txt2Buy" mobile payment solution from
PayPal Mobile, when it is appropriate to use it, how it's different
from other solutions like Payforit, and why finally this could be a
viable mobile payment solution for macro payments.
