Love them or hate them, but don't disregard Interactive Voice
Response (or IVR) systems as only applicable to the big boys. We all
know how easy it is to find out the size of our overdraft with a few
key strokes via telephone banking, but did you know you can provide
this type of technology very economically for the smallest of projects.

Steve Brown of Justfone explains how you can implement this type of
system with a number of technologies, using traditional telephony and
Voice over IP.

* Mobile Advertising

Advertising is coming to your handset, like it or not. Better get
ready for ad-enabled content of all kinds. The presentation covers all
the activities and companies in the space, including but far from
exclusively Rapid Mobile's Ad360. Includes analyst figures, reports
from four recent conferences and live demos!
