Unfortunately Steve has had to pull out due to other commitments, but
Adrian Williamson from Graham Technology has stepped in to the breach
and will give a talk detailing his experiences implementing XP (the
agile methodology rather than the operating system!) ...

"eXtreme Programming is being widely adopted, and much discussed.
Adrian Williamson will talk about adopting XP across his 50 people,
partly off-shored, development team. The talk will cover the
introduction process rather than XP itself, although the two are never
far apart!"

This promises to be a very interesting insight into the actual use of
something which many folks just talk about.

I hope to be able to reschedule Steve's talk at a future event - watch
