Hi friends,

I come across a problem while configuring security for one of our customer, that
needs to be solved urgently.  I need your help.

Let me explain the scenario:

Customer is having a live server running Windows 2000 server.  But domain is not
configured for some reason and it is a workgroup.  The customer needs some
security features to be implemented.  One of that is sharing feature is to be
disabled. The user is Power user group it should not be changed.  But the user
should not able to share any folder in the server computer.

I checked local security policy but there is nothing to stop sharing.  Since it
is a workgroup, i cannot stop this with group policy.

Can you help me out.

Install another NIC in ur cable net connected system, assign it a static ip,
connect this NIc to ur local switch. use this pc as a proxy server by entering
it new NIC ip into internet explorer proxy address of ur domain PCs. on the
cable net pc make the cable net NIC the default gateway of the NIC connected to
ur local switch. you can install any proxy server software on the cablenet PC
like ISA server to manage ur Internet connection gracefully.

thats simple.....on ur other 2 lan cards assign the main computer
through which net is connecte as ip 172.16.68.1 and other 172.16.68.2
on the 2nd compu that is ip .2 put the default gateway as 172.16.68.1
whereas dont put any gateway on 1st comp. use any  proxy software now
and configure it to listen request on 172.16.68.1 port u decide now in
ur browser fill the ip adress as 172.16.68.1 and port which u have
decided. this will work. If u need further help then mail me back.

1) Install network on both of ur computers and configure/check sharing b/w each
other (assign client computer a STATIC IP ADDRESS)
2) install any proxy software WINROUTE   or  WINGATE in ur computer that
isdirectly connected with that cable.
3) configure this proxy software to connect other computer/client.
4) configure client computer to connect thru LAN(IE Lan Setting)
When ur main computer is connected then ur client computer connect thru it

You can use Able2Extract Professional to convert pdf files to various other formats like excel , word, html, text.Its very good and easy tool.

Currently i m using version 3.0. You can search it on google and dowload it (approx 22 MB)

if u may not be able to find its crack, then let me know. i will send it.

It's very simple to make reports in Oracle Report 6i via wizard, but you have to carate your table in Database that's mandatory for every database reporting.
