tak penah try x-forwarding on nxserver bro(sori,misleading).
aku gune nxserver sebab dulu monitor CRT aku kaput, jadi takde monitor.. so aku
gune laptop winXP, install Nxclient, access nxserver dalam itu box...

setengah application tak jalan.... pasal setting xhost tu.. kalo kat monitor
sendri leh la buat xhost +localhost ... ni nak export DISPLAY pun tak berapa
sure paramater die.. yg konpem bukan 0:0

this is beyond X server issue. This is nxserver issue. If I login directly
to my lenny terminal I can forward x from other server with no issue. The
issue comes when I login to my lenny through nxclient a.k.a remote desktop.
Then I can't forward x from other server to my lenny

First thing first. make sure your DISPLAY environment variable has been set.
Check with command $ echo $DISPLAY

Example : set the remote display.
user@server$ export DISPLAY=remote_x:0
user@server$ xterm

You also need to tell the X server to accept X connection from server.
