Hey Leo,
How's life treating you and how are you treating yourself?
My friend Charlie Badenhop who teaches Aikido amongst other things
told me about the twenty year throw. To most people it looks pretty
simple and like nothing special, something a beginner could do. Yet if
you meet someone who can do it and while you think you might be the
star of the show, how come you keep landing on your arse?
