Re: [mythoself-tm] who's twittering

I am twittering on and off, usually from my phone. I've got facebook picking up my tweets and automatically setting the status there.

Up until now I've not really done much with it as the phone client I was using was a bit restrictive, but I'm now on an iPhone and titterific looks like a really smart client.

My circumstances have recently changed and my energy is increasing. I am engaging more with joseph's work and have decided to put more energy into the mythosphere. I would be pleased to tweet to that.

Would it make sense just to add a #mytho string to any tweets that are that way inclined?

Joe

P.s. I am taoyz

Are any of you twittering?    I know Joseph is on there..   I’m on there too but it’s nothing to do with flirting or how many lattes I don’t drink in a day…

I’m finding it’s an interesting medium – the blipvert – and am just playing with at the moment.    I see that people are using it for many purposes from blatant commerce ‘ebookshop’ for example to informing their friends of their every micro move – going to bed now, about to go to school etc.     In between those extremes we have people sending motivational messages, directing people to their blog, offering some value to others… it’s fascinating.

And all the ways you can set up followers…interesting thing called twollow and with that comes the folk who fall into the trap of boasting about how many followers they have on twitter…

You can respond to big time posters aka Marianne Williamson, Dalia Llama kind of names and hope that someone will go to your link..

You can create headlines to your blog

You can offer all the freebies in the world.. just to get them to your web and sign up for your list

You can send people to other people and suggest they follow them

You can ask people questions and start something going ‘What would it be like if we spent the war budget to secure resources at home and give free solar facilities to all’ is the kind of thing I’ve been posting amongst other stuff..

You can use it for just about anything you want to announce.. although whether anyone hears it or not depends on your twitterskills.. As I said I’m just experimenting.

For example I could see Michael Roach using it to point people to his blog

Twitter could be used for a mythomessage… perhaps we have a communal mytho twitter and a communal login and anyone can use to post from this group… that might be interesting…

You can even put a twitter line in your email signature..

Follow me on twitter to find out what I’m up in arms about and what I’m gearing up to facilitate these days!
