Those of us at Hauxley last Thursday saw a Jovian moon at about 5
o'clock, but rather a long way from the planet. I think the answer
is on Spaceweather.com today (2/8/07) and what we saw was in fact a
star "omega Ophiuchus".

... I've had a look and you could be right, although Callisto was a way off from the planet in about that position. We should have had a scope! Just tell...
