Hello everyone - I'm sending this out to a wide range of folks who I thought might be interested in the issue of invasive plant species and how the nursery trade is - or isn't - acknowledging the problem. These two articles appeared in the February issue of The Michigan Landscape, the trade journal of the Michigan Nursery and Landscape Association. The articles were written by a Nursery owner who is also an MNLA member (and a board member of the Michigan Invasive Plant Council). I would guess that most of you would take issue with the author's perspective on invasive plants. If so, I'd encourage you to make your thoughts known to The Michigan Landscape. Thanks. -dave
