Version 7.0.d has been uploaded to CPAN with the requested license
changes.
Only version 7.0.c is available on CPAN now, but I made many
improvements in
the docs and test suite in 7.0.d, which is available for download
directly from
the source repository:
http://github.com/metaperl/net--ftp--common/tree/master
