working folks who want the information to get out, we are able to at least
keep getting it flowing out there a bit.

Presently we are trying to get the scientific community to correct the large
number of falsities in the CEM/EE model, which have been pointed out by
eminent scientists such as Feynman, Wheeler, Bunge and others, but to no
avail. There is really no problem of AVAILABILITY of energy, all we wish and
need, and there never has been. Every EM field and potential is already a
set of steady, ongoing, free flows of real observable photons from the
associated source charges. The easiest thing on earth is to evoke a free
flow of directly usable EM energy -- anywhere, anytime, with great ease and
for peanuts. Just assemble some charge or make a dipole. And it will
steadily absorb virtual energy from the vacuum, and transform and output it
as real, observable photons continually emitted.

There is absolutely no problem in getting all the energy we need or want,
anywhere in the universe. For free.

The only problem is that we have been taught only to forcibly symmetrize our
collection systems (our EM systems and circuits) that collect and use the
flowing energy from our "external" sources, so as to enforce Lorentz
symmetry in the collecting system. That has been done ever since Lorentz put
the coup de grace on CEM/EE in 1892 by symmetrizing the Maxwell-Heaviside
equations themselves -- thereby casting out of the theory that entire large
class of ASYMMETRIC Maxwellian systems. Those are the useful and most
interesting ones!

We simply have been unable to get the scientific community to even recognize
the following questions, whose answers reveal how quickly and easily -- and
cheaply and cleanly and permanently -- the energy crisis can be solved,
anytime the scientific community will permit it. They will never do so,
unless our governmental leaders force them to do so. Instead, they will
continue to propagate known falsities as they have done for more than a
century -- so long that it now brings into question whether our scientific
community any longer has any ethics at all left. Harsh words, but if you are
interested, I'll send you a paper with all the falsities in that CEM/EE
model, and with the horrible ramifications it has had, and with the
tremendous ramifications that follow if the scientific community will
correct that terrible model and initiate the university electrical
engineering departments to teaching the corrected model.

Here are the questions no one wishes to even address, much less answer.

Consider Lorentz symmetrization of the already highly reduced
Maxwell-Heaviside equations. This in fact arbitrarily excludes all
ASYMMETRICAL electrical power systems, circuits, etc. Merely to get simpler
equations easier to solve.

QUESTION: WHAT HAVE BEEN THE RAMIFICATIONS TO ELECTRICAL POWER ENGINEERING,
DUE TO THEORIZING LORENTZ SYMMETRY, AND TO UTILIZING THE CLOSED CURRENT LOOP
CIRCUIT WITH "EXTERNAL" SOURCE OF POTENTIAL REMAINING CONNECTED AS A LOAD
WHILE CURRENT IS FLOWING? That latter practice selects only those physical
circuits and systems that self-enforce the same Lorentz symmetry.

QUESTION: WHAT ARE THE IMPLICATIONS OF REMOVING THE RESTRICTION TO ONLY
LORENTZ-SYMMETRIC SYSTEMS, AND ALLOWING (BOTH IN THE CEM/EE THEORY AND IN
PRACTICE WITH ACTUAL CIRCUITS) THE PRODUCTION AND USE OF ASYMMETRIC
ELECTRICAL POWER SYSTEMS?

So far as I know, there are no other extant books or papers that address
those issues and answer those questions in detail, except the informal 30+
page paper I wrote on it -- the one that the scientific community isn't even
interested in, and is too busy to even glance at, much less read.

But what ASYMMETRIC systems do is allow electrical power systems to take
excess usable EM energy from the vacuum (we reveal the exact process by
which every charge and dipole already freely and continuously does that),
and thus to become a nonequilibrium steady state (NESS) thermodynamic system
permitted to exhibit COP>1.0. The power unit permissibly outputs more work
or energy than the energy input by the Operator alone; the excess required
energy input is received from the active vacuum via the charges in the
system and via asymmetrical regauging.

That system is analogous to the common home heat pump, where the
thermodynamic EFFICIENCY is about 50% and half of all the input energy from
all sources is wasted. But the external environment inputs so much energy
freely, that the unit can still output more energy (or work) than the
OPERATOR inputs. Hence the permissible COP>1.0.

Starting with a COP>1.0 ASYMMETRIC electrical power system whose extra
energy is from the vacuum via the charges, if a small bit of clamped
positive feedback energy from the large energy output is extracted and
regulated and positively fed back to the operator's small energy input, the
COP>1.0 system will also now furnish the OPERATOR'S input, so it now
furnishes all the input energy that electrical power system has COP =
infinity (analogous to a solar cell array electrical power system using
environment solar energy input rather than environment "energy from the
vacuum" input).

In other words, as curious as it sounds, if the scientific community will
simply quit universally forcing SYMMETRIC electrical power systems
(theorized, taught, and built) and will force ASYMMETRIC electrical power
systems (theorized, taught, and built), the entire world energy crisis will
be solved easily, cheaply, quickly, cleanly, and permanently -- in about two
to three years and for about 40 million dollars. Just turn the young
doctoral candidates and post doctoral scientists loose on this, and it's
quickly done and a no-brainer.

The asymmetrical system, of course, requires considering a curved spacetime
(the CEM/EE model assumes a flat spacetime) and an active vacuum (the CEM/EE
model assumes an inert vacuum space). To model the interactions from the
active environment, higher group symmetry electrodynamics rather than the
standard U(1) is required.

It turns out the scientific community has absolutely zero interest in any
kind of cheap clean NOVEL solution to the energy crisis, particularly one
that is remarkably easy and puts the scientific community with egg all over
its face. The scientific community's own great cartels -- hot fusion, big
nuclear power, electrical engineering, etc. -- are dead set against it.

So if you are interested, I'll send you the paper, but urge you not to do
all the publicity ballyhoo, but to quietly get it to some sharp physicists
etc. whom you know, that will actually get their teeth into it. And once
they see that it works, then get it to the highest possible governmental
levels possible, to force the organized scientific community to get its head
out of the sand and quit its ostrich position. I reiterate: In my best
opinion, the scientific community will otherwise resist it to the limit, and
they will bury it for the next 50 years unless prohibited from doing so.
They do not wish a solution to the energy crisis, particularly one that is
simple and straightforward.

Let me give a bit of discernment guidance. Anyone who has not strongly
pondered, examined, and considered the suppressed source charge problem has
zero knowledge of energy from the vacuum systems, or of what actually powers
an EM circuit or system (it ISN'T cranking the shaft of the generator!).
What I'm saying is that there is not a single EE department, professor, or
text using U(1) electrodynamics that even knows and teaches what actually
powers an electrical circuit. There never has been one. Weird but true.

All EM field energy and potential energy in the universe comes from the
associated source charge(s), not from a mechanical energy input etc. The
only input to the charge is the virtual state particles and photons of the
quantum mechanical vacuum. Period. It isn't Zero-Point energy, which is
OBSERVABLE energy, not virtual. The Zero-point is just the lowest OBSERVABLE
state of a real, observable fundamental particle. It is NOT the virtual
fluctuations of the QM vacuum, totally in the virtual state.

Any static charge statically sits there and continuously pour out real,
observable photons, establishing its associated EM fields and potentials and
their energy, spreading at light speed in all directions -- forever or as
long as the charge exists. But no instrument can detect any OBSERVABLE
energy input to the charge.

Whittaker in 1903 and 1904 already proved that any EM field, potential, or
wave is actually a set of longitudinal EM wave flows. This "internal" EM
shown in 1903 has been ignored, even though his 1904 paper founded
superpotential theory itself.

We point out that, in modern physics, the classical "isolated" charge also
polarizes its surrounding vacuum. So it actually produces a dipolar
ensemble, of the "bare" charge in the middle and the virtual charge of
opposite sign surrounding it. Both charges of that dipolar ensemble are
infinite, with infinite energy, in quantum field theory. But our
instruments, looking through the external infinite charge shielding at the
bare charge in the middle, sees only the finite difference, as being the
"observed" charge. So when we say "charge" in the classical sense, we have
already invoked a dipole in the quantum field theory sense, and we have
already invoked infinite energy.

So any finite amount of energy can be taken from a source charge, if there
are sufficient receiving/intercepting/collecting charges to receive it. For
the scalar potential of a simple charge, e.g., the simple formula is W = Vq,
where the amount of energy W collected from a fixed potential V on charges q
can be as much as desired, if there are sufficient q and sufficient
collecting time.

ALL EM ENERGY IN THE UNIVERSE OCCURS IN THESE FREE FLOWS OF EM ENERGY FROM
THEIR ASSOCIATED SOURCE CHARGES OR DIPOLARITIES. The easiest thing in all
the world is to evoke a huge flow of EM energy, freely and cheaply, for as
long as you wish, wherever your wish. Just assemble some charge of make a
dipole, and that thing will extract energy from the vacuum and continuously
pour out real observable usable EM energy forever, or until we disperse the
charge or the dipole.

Here's how silly and simple it is to make a "free energy generator". Place
an electret or a charged capacitor on a permanent magnet, so the E-field of
the electrical component is at right angles to the H-field of the magnet.
That silly thing will sit there and continuously pour out real Poynting
energy flow S = E X H, forever or until you destroy that little arrangement.
Even by the standard Poynting theory, it continually generates a Poynting
energy flow, and FOR FREE AND FOREVER, as long as you just leave it alone
once it is made. And you can make and evoke that free energy flow for a few
bucks. Want more energy flow? Just get more magnets and electrets or charged
caps.

The problem IS NOT in how one can get all the energy, freely, that we wish.
That is the easiest thing in all of engineering. What the problem is, is
that OUR SCIENTISTS HAVE ONLY FOCUSED ON SYMMETRICAL ELECTRICAL POWER
SYSTEMS, AND THUS HAVE NEVER LEARNED HOW TO COLLECT (AND FREELY USE TO POWER
OUR LOADS) THE FREELY FLOWING ENERGY THEY ALREADY SO EASILY EVOKE AND HAVE
AVAILABLE IN ALL THEIR CIRCUITS. INSTEAD, ALL OUR STUPID CIRCUITS, BEING
DELIBERATELY MADE SYMMETRICAL, USE HALF THEIR COLLECTED POTENTIAL ENERGY TO
DESTROY THE DIPOLAR SOURCE BY SCATTERING ITS CHARGES, AND USE THE OTHER HALF
TO POWER THE EXTERNAL CIRCUIT'S LOSSES AND POWER THE LOAD. THEN TO REMAKE
THE SOURCE DIPOLE AND RESTORE THE FREE ENERGY FLOW FROM THE VACUUM AGAIN, WE
HAVE TO PUT IN MORE ENERGY TO CRANK THE SHAFT OF THE GENERATOR, TRANSFORMING
THE MECHANICAL ENERGY INTO ROTATING MAGNETIC FIELD ENERGY INSIDE THE
GENERATOR (remember, changing the form of the energy is rigorously what work
is), and then dissipating this rotating magnetic field energy upon the
charges inside the generator, forcing positive charges toward one terminal
and negative charges toward the other, and thereby restoring the dipole.

In other words, the silly symmetrical circuit forces us to always input more
energy than we get out in the load; it self-enforces COP<1.0.

So we pay the power company to deliberately engage in a giant wrestling
match inside their generator, and always lose! All that mess on the front
end is just to keep remaking the source dipole that we deliberately design
the stupid circuit to keep destroying.

Continually restoring the dipole -- that the stupid circuit keeps destroying
-- is all that burning all that coal, oil, gas, etc. and using all those
nuclear fuel rods does. It does nothing at all to actually furnish the FREE
potential energy to the external circuit. It just keeps restoring the silly
dipole that our vaunted scientists and engineers keep destroying faster than
the load is powered, because they insist on only designing and building
SYMMETRICAL electrical power systems to conform to their arbitrary Lorentz
invariant equations.

To borrow a phrase from Tesla, it is the "most inexplicable aberration of
the scientific mind that has ever been recorded in history."

So experimentally, either the charge destroys the entire conservation of
energy law itself, or else the charge continually absorbs disordered virtual
state energy from the subquantal oscillations of vacuum/spacetime, reorders
the absorbed virtual energy (a negative energy operation that falsifies the
present second low of thermodynamics), coherently integrates the
now-reordered energy to the next quantum level of excitation of the charge,
and then abruptly the excitation decays by emission of an observable photon.
The process is iterative, and therefore constitutes a Feynman ratchet. The
charge is also a physical example of a system continuously producing
negative entropy, as shown theoretically possible by Evans and Rondoni.

There is already good physics and good thermodynamics that allow
self-powering "energy from the vacuum" electrical power systems. But the sad
old CEM/EE model with its many falsities, continues to completely block such
ASYMMETRIC systems by arbitrarily discarding them and arbitrarily forcing
all our built electrical power systems to self-enforce Lorentz symmetry.

As you can see, about 40 or 50 sharp young physicists and higher group
symmetry electrodynamicists unleashed on the problem can solve it in very
short order. Don't take it to the national labs; they are already vested in
the large cartels, and will guarantee the destruction of any such program.

Anyway, that's what it takes to forever solve the world energy crisis, stop
the escalation of competition for energy resources in unstable regions of
the world, stop most of the energy-related pollution of the biosphere,
dramatically and permanently lower the energy contributions to global
warming, etc.
