proposed draft text precedent of 1996 CA re-legalization initiative at

co-sponsored by understanding Congresspersons before June 13th ABM
abrogation deadline, as a line of progressive issue "dominos" which
such a huge global network now coalescing and collaborating to topple
the impending "Weaponization of Space" (Space Domino) can see
implemented on concurrent timeframe.

Please pass the word to your networks of contacts regarding this "once in a
lifetime" opportunity to unite globally behind the "leaky umbrella issue" of
space weaponization, immediately, with the vision of its fall
on/by/shortly-after June13th enabling empowerment of an American
Simultaneous Policy agenda which all those running for office this November

Space Preservation and the Human Race to June 13th "Dominos Falling"

All progressive special issue activists should seriously consider how their
support of the Space Preservation Treaty and Space Preservation Act, the
"lead domino", can help for the first time in history create an effective
global and national network via modern communications media, coupled with
formulation of their other "pet issues" as "subsequent dominos", can "topple
the dominos our way" by focusing on this June 13th deadline set by President
Bush's December 13, 2001, abrogation of the Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty.

By applying a little bit of time through our existing special issue focus
groups networks to mobilize all possible support to "topple the space
weapons domino" targeting the June 13th ABM abrogation effective date, and
simultaneously getting the "other dominos" ready to be toppled by this huge
new multi-issue network of activists rallying to the Space Preservation
cause, we have a unique opportunity to turn the tide of history and the
string of bad policies slated for implementation by the Bush administration
including nuclear weapons expansion into Earth orbit, new nuclear power
