experiments) et al, my initial impression is that those two articles you
sent have not taken into consideration these important related developments
impacting theoretical and experimental considerations of such new energy
technologies, and related arguments/theories in physics and engineering
needed to fully understand the many related anomalies, in order to best
effect their implementation.
