To My Beloved USA President George W. Bush:

Please consider this letter as New Science Advice of comparable
import to that contained in the now famous letter to President Franklin
Delano Roosevelt signed by Einstein, Russell, et al, which advised
the President of the potential application of Einstein's relativity theory
discovery to the advent of the Atomic Bomb and nuclear power which
they feared might be developed by Nazi Germany before the United
States to our grave distress.

The Manhattan Project was born of that letter as a crash program to
develop the Atomic Bomb before our enemies could, a program
which has led to the situation today where the US is the only country
in history to have used nuclear weapons against human beings,
continues the first strike threat of nuclear weapons and fear of same
to globally enforce US policy set by officials elected to serve the
people's best interests in America, and works to prevent other
countries from producing nuclear weapons in fear for their own
defense against the United States.

What's wrong with this picture!? FEAR ITSELF -- The Only Thing
that we really have to fear, according to President Roosevelt then.

What I am offering in this letter is a simply conveyable understanding
about a breakthrough in modern science which took place in the
mid-1970's but has not yet come to light because of the stubbornness
of the theoretical physics community and its wholesale embracement
of Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle, itself developed by a Nazi
Physicist in the millieu of the distorted mind-set imposed on his
people by Adolf Hitler. This virtually religious belief in the Scientific
Uncertainty Principle by scientists ignoring Einstein's advice and view
that "God does not play dice with the Universe", ie, that a "natural and
divine law and order" exists by which every event occuring as physical
reality is operational in perfect accord with, ie, the 100% certainty that
nature operates in accord with a Master Law of Nature which would
one day be understood and described by a simple set of mathematical
equations, describing all of physical reality, all events in nature,
no matter where or when, with 100% certainty, such set of equations
he predicted would be called a set of "unified field theory" equations.

What this understanding offers -- in the referenced graphics of
my Tetron Natural Unified Field Theory equations developed in
Santa Barbara, California, from August 1974 until April 28, 1977 --
is not another kind of Atomic Bomb, but a kind of Mind Bomb, or,
if you will, more correctly, a Global Mind Balm.

By ending the dark age of modern science, The Scientific Age of
Uncertainty, the understanding of this Master Law of Nature accords
this Tetronic Balm the medicine to end fear -- by ending the grip of
uncertainty itself on the Mind of Science, on its related disciplines
like political science, and by ending the confusion of
misunderstandings between the various interpretations of the
different religious faiths by offering a new scientific simple
mathematical understanding of the central core referencing nature
of the human "relative identity", ie, the egocentric nature of the
universe, as an overlooked property of the nature of light, ie, the
E in E=mC^2, whose import has been obscured by 20th Century
human conceptualization limitations called "mathematical conventions."

This same "Master Law of Nature" described by these Tetron
Equations is the same divine natural law depicted by the Torah
of Judaism, the Sharia of Islam, the Dharma of Hinduism and
Buddhism, and The Law of God by the Christian scriptures, ie,
the root natural principle by which "The Golden Rule"
(the law of karma) operates in the Universe.

This Scientific Doctrine of Uncertainty corrupting human thinking
left over from the mentality of Nazi Germany, ie, the Heisenberg
Uncertainty Principle, through the impact of "scientific thinking"
on all levels of thought in modern society, has also confused and
corrupted the various pure-hearted religious faiths which normally
automatically bring peace and peace of mind among their
adherents and among those that they serve.

and subsequent writings on this matter so that this understanding
might be useful for you in bringing the mind of humankind together
in peace, that we might all see global peace now breaking out.
