ga bisa buka nya karena apa? coba di cek di koneksi internet nya.... terganggu tidak... apakah aplikasi YM portnya di blok oleh proxy & firewall.... periksa

masalah di firewall nya tuh.... dulu juga aku pernah ngalamin... utak atik aja di firewall sama workgroupnya... satu lagi firewall dari antivirus kadang juga

remove dulu YM-mu lalu download yang YM terbaru coy kal tetep ndak bisa, coba check settinga security-nya, apa diperbolehkan utk di pake YM check di PC-mu,
