I am subscribed for Transclick's translation service

but on my laptop I can't see chinese charachters. In my office
everithing is fine I switch between chinese and
engish charachters. Do you thing it's because of missing fonts?

I've just subsribed to http://translick.com and need some more
suggestions for its' functionality. Since now, I
was quite satisfied with babelfish but my friends told me translick
servise is better. Can it really translate every
character from Chinese for example? And does it matter if I use it
with Mac or Microsoft or on a laptop?
