Maintenance of NewsML v1.x as an XML based format designed to provide a media-independent, structural framework for multi-media news.
This group is open to all who have interest in developing a standard for this purpose.
Please be aware of the successor to this standard: NewsML-G2 which is discussed on another Yahoo group.

Hi   alexandergas, The usage of ContentItem is not for your purpose. You can write all with NewsComponent to describe hierarchy. <NewsComponent>
