I am amazed at how long and how useful the Slinke-e is. I
have used mine daily almost since buying it. I had to buy an extra when they
shut down “just in case” The only thing I can’t control via
the IR leaning is my 2 PS3s. I think there might be an IR to Bluetooth adapter
but just don’t see the need on the PS3 other than media playing. I often
wonder if Colby’s NDA with Microsoft has a time clause in it and if we
could get our hands on the source. I tried to track him down on facebook
but he didn’t answer my mail or it wasn’t him.

I made my own expansion module myself long ago and have posted details on this
group. I sold off my Slink-e and the box I built a year or more but decided to
get another.
From what I have found so far this is the expansion module from Nirvis to hook
it up to Xantech Systems IR (VGS connections). These sold for $99 in the final
days of Nirvis. I really don't need it myself as I am only going to be using
the Slink-e for Control-S signals and not IR so I might look to part with it.
