Hello people,

can you or any one in the ILUG-Kolkata help me to configure Aztech
DSL 100u (USB ADSl) modem under RHL,Fedora Core,(any release) or any
other GNU/Linux Distribution? this modem was provided by DishnetDSL
(now Tata Indicom).Please advice me how to get this modem work under
GNU/Linux OS(Any Distro).

I want to deploy a Linux based Proxy Server for a CyberCafe.This cafe
has 13 PCs in a LAN.Internet is served by 2 lines,BSNL Data One
(modem connected using RJ 45 interface) & Dishnet DSL(now Tata
Indicom) Aztech DSL 100u (USB ADSL) modem.
Currently we are using MS Win XP Pro with ICS to share the connection
but i want to deploy Squid Caching Proxy Server to cut down the
Bandwidth usage.
I have no problem about BSNL Data One,here we use the Tata Indicom as
our primary connection & Data One as the Backup line.To deploy the
proxy server we must connect 2 lines to the Linux box.
