SPECIAL NOTICE FOR DECEMBER 10th NJCC HOLIDAY PARTY / CHINESE AUCTION MEETING!

1) Please remember to bring your favorite holiday food, snack, or drink to share
with all on this special occasion. The NJCC will provide coffee only for this
meeting.

2) Please bring Pentium Level and Windows 98 (or later) usable hardware and
software for our Regular Chinese Auction. If it is NOT sold please bring it back
home with you! We can NOT dispose of unsold items at the church!

3) We need help starting at 6 PM to set up tables, chairs, and Chinese Auction
items. We will also need help in selling tickets. Please arrive early and help
us with this! The Special Chinese Auction (for members only) will NOT be started
until AFTER all set up is completed!

4) We will also need help AFTER the Chinese Auctions to cleanup and lockup the
church!!! A lot of volunteers can do this in a few minutes!!! If we do NOT get
volunteers we will NOT hold the Special Chinese Auction drawings (for members
only) until AFTER all other cleanup is completed!

Please note that a lot of time and effort is put in by a very limited number
people to arrange, coordinate, and present your NJCC meetings. We would greatly
appreciate more people getting involved with NJCC Executive Committee
activities, and we expect those who do not to volunteer at meetings to help with
setup, cleanup, and other activities that need to be done! We can not, and will
not, be able to continue our past level of meeting success without more help ...
YOUR HELP! SO PLEASE DO YOUR PART AND HELP US WHERE AND WHEN NEEDED!
